| We are beckoned to cross the placid River Lot toward medieval Cahors ("Ka -Or") in the heart of the Aquitaine. This much-renovated Roman bridge, its arches and towers mirrored on the lazy waters, was a gateway for friends and a barrier to invaders for centuries. Through one arch there is an old mill and a human-made waterfall. Enjoy! |
