The Giants' stadium sits on the edge of
San Francisco Bay. Brilliant lights illuminate rows of now-empty seats,
silhouetting the scoreboard and waving flags, the huge sculptures of baseball
glove and Coke bottle overlooking left field. As we sail away on the ferry
after a come-from-behind win in the10th inning, that close encounter ripples
in the cold black water. Enjoy!
